The Provincial Court of British Columbia will be closed on Monday, September 30, 2024 in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This is a day when we honour survivors of residential schools, the children who never returned home, and their families and communities. It is also an opportunity to recognize the year-round commitment we must make to advance reconciliation and consider our responsibilities under the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's calls to action.
