Notice 03 Judicial Case Managers Assignment of Duties Pursuant to s. 11 of the Provincial Court Act provides that judicial case managers are assigned to duties including adjournments in those circumstances outlined in the Notice. The Notice was revised to add that judicial case managers cannot grant adjournments for those matters involving detained self-represented accused.
